1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

To open and use an hgyz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the hgyz platform.

hgyz takes age verification seriously. The platform may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one hgyz account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms. hgyz uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering your hgyz account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and the mobile banking number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgyz account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hgyz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact hgyz support immediately so the account can be secured.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hgyz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile banking platforms used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions must be made from and to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your hgyz account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact hgyz support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

  • The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
  • Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account registered on your hgyz profile.
  • hgyz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Verification Requirement: hgyz may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication that your withdrawal will be declined. Providing the requested documents promptly will resolve the hold quickly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hgyz offers a welcome bonus on first deposits and runs regular promotions for active players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all hgyz promotions:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit threshold, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.

Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a 500 BDT bonus means you must place 10,000 BDT in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hgyz platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome — every spin, every card draw, every result — is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.

Each game on hgyz has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. hgyz does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. hgyz does not honour payouts generated as a result of a technical error, regardless of the amount displayed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hgyz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

Fraud Detection: hgyz uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed by the hgyz compliance team. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

hgyz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via the contact details registered on your account. The investigation process typically takes between 3 and 10 business days. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hgyz support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account, provided all verification requirements have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the hgyz platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
